Hydrolysates

The primary benefit of protein hydrolysates is that they are absorbed faster compared to intact proteins. Our range of Hyvital protein hydrolysates are either prepared from casein, whey, wheat or soy. Protein hydrolysates are typically manufactured by enzymatically treating proteins, similar to the human digestive process. This results in a mixture of peptides and amino acids.
Our Hyvital hydrolysates are available from light to extensively hydrolysed, suitable for all kinds of applications either as a sole protein source or in addition to intact proteins.
